Instructions

Recipe 1

Fluffy Semolina Cake

  • 1 cup Semolina Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy
  3. Add oil and yogurt; mix well
  4. Gently fold in semolina mix and baking powder
  5. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Semolina Mix
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt

  4. Pour cold syrup immediately after taking it out
  5. Let it absorb, then slice

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Mix
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, water, and yeast; let sit for 5 mins
  2. Add oil
  3. Gradually add mix while stirring
  4. Knead for 5 mins; let rise for 30–45 mins
  5. Shape and bake at 190°C for 15–20 minutes

English Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  3. Knead until a firm dough forms
